Using high-alloy, heat-treated steels, we manufacture fixing elements for lathe and milling tools in large and small series for the carbide-metal tools industry in Switzerland and abroad. All manufacturing is performed solely based on your drawings by means of turning processes. WSP tensioning screws, threaded sockets, pins and parts meeting your specifications are manufactured on efficient multi-spindle or CNC lathes, depending on the production quantity.
Initial machining
Using our high-performance Index, Tornos and Schütte CNC multi-spindle automatic lathes, we can produce larger quantities ranging from 2,000 to 500,000 pieces and more. We have CNC turning centres to hand for smaller quantities.
Reworking
For efficient secondary or multiple machining operations, we have at our disposal high-performance machining centres, CNC precision lathes, automatic grinding / honing / thread rolling machines and deep-hole drilling machines.
